It was already paid And they did not let the guest get in He waited tired for more than an hour because they said he needs to have a credit card in order to enter which didn’t make any sense because it was paid and booked through Expedia. So I called and they said that I needed to fill out a credit authorization form and scan My ID and take a picture from my credit card which didn’t make any sense. The lady couldn’t send me an email for 15 min she didn’t know that there were other corporates emails and not only Gmail or yahoo. Not wasting my time again.

Good location, rough shape
This hotel was in a decent location but in bad shape. Dim lights, dirty carpet as you enter. The building stank of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Front desk service was good and we received access immediately. Room was in bad shape. Broken fixtures, unclean, awful smell. Pool was out of order and we just ate the cost and left to a nice place a little further away.Again front desk was pleasant and helpful. For a family, I would not recommend.

Room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. Whirlpool tub was missing tiles and only half the jets seemed to work, water temp for the shower and tub was just over warm, hot was apparently not available. Light bulb for heat feature missing from bathroom. Room overall seemed a little worn. Breakfast was dry cereal, coffee, juice and a bowl of apples or yogurt. Waffles mix was empty. Indoor poor was under repair according to posted sign. Nice hotel and location, but needs some investment to bring back up to par.
