"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais...

"Great location and a quick walk to the Cry d’er lift. Across the street from the bus stop and in the town plus a quick walk to Montana, grocery stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and well designed, separate WC from the shower and sink which is great. Lots of plugs and adapters available in the room. Great views. "Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – we felt so comfortable throughout our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome. The highlight of our experience was dining at Frenchy restaurant. The food was simply outstanding! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with so much attention to detail in every dish. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic – always warm, friendly, and attentive. Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere.
