"Overall great week, couple of minor things in the apartment, toaster and spa bath weren't working. We were also unlucky with neighbors in the next apartment, they were extremely noisy with no regard for anybody else. Nevertheless the plus points were the apartment was cosy and clean right in the centre of the resort with easy access to the slopes. Once you get your head around which door to come in and which lift to use it's all quite convenient. The flat itself is small (though described accurately on the website) but needs modernising. "This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. The value for money is still not too bad, but it would have been good to know about the charges when we were booking. The building's lift did...

"Sylvia our host was I have to say one of the most interactive hosts ever, Sylvia maintained contact through out our stay in her fabulous apartment which was situated perfectly near the ski resort and village, the spacious home was well equipped and spotless!.... it was great having parking too!..... and a bath tub along with two showers..... a very big 5 stars for Sylvia and her accommodations thankyou xx"

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...

"We previously stayed at the apartment in 2018 and had been really impressed by the location, the quality of the apartment and the check in process, so were keen to re-book this year when coming back to Avoriaz. Things started poorly with the check in process. We drove to Avoriaz from the UK and based our arrival time on the check-in times given to us for the booking. "The apartment has everything you need for a week skiing as a family with young children, it’s small but well organized and very well equipped. However its major advantage is the location. It’s right there in the middle of the station, literally in front of the Carrefour and next to a wide range of shops and restaurants and a very short ski slide to the teleski to take you to the main ski areas. Communication with Cedric/Sandra was excellent. We would return for sure."

"We were very happy with this apartment, excellent spot, right amongst the restaurants and supermarket outside, great views from the balcony, warm and clean rooms, living room and a bedroom with double bed. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"
