This property was great, and Matt was an excellent host. Everything was as advertised - if anything, the property was even better located than we thought it would be! Highly recommend.

A quiet stay, tucked away from the hustle.
Huge interior had all the space one could ever need. Tucked away a short distance down an unpaved road between more formal subdivisions, this property was perfect for this stay. So close to all that is going on yet so quiet and set in nature. Saw deer. Some pieces and parts are in need of some attention and updating but nothing major at all. Enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying again.

Quiet country setting
Great location being so close to UCF, restaurants , Publix etc… but yet feels like you’re far away from all the congestion on 5 country acres that are right next to a wilderness preserve . House is well stocked with everything you need including a great selection of coffee for your morning pickup ! Loved the cottage/boathouse decor and the back wood deck covered porch to have your coffee on while smelling the gardenias . Great space for your dog to explore ! Matt was very accommodating and answered any questions quickly . Friendly neighborhood . Had a great stay here ! Thankyou!
