"We arrived to an excellent welcome, a tour of the hotel and room. We could not have felt more at home, a treat after being on the road for 6 weeks. As we came more familiar with the hotel, restaurant and bar, the welcoming and friendly spirit of all of the staff team was at the fore. The sympathetic design of the room and communal areas again is just relaxing. The town of Vicuna is also a treat in chilled atmosphere. We booked one night, stayed two only because we had to be somewhere. We wish we could have stayed longer. Juan was particularly engaging and great English too. "

"This property is centrally located, with an easy 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Aramas of Las Serena. We arrived very late and without a reservation; however, we were treated well and got 2 nice rooms as requested. The underground locked parking was also quickly opened for us to speed the check in process. Very nice free and complete breakfast buffet, with no add-on items at extra cost. The only fault were the tub/shower combos in both rooms. The glass partition for the shower is not large enough, and when using the shower water goes all over the floor. The front desk was very quick to respond though, cleaning the floors and providing all new towels. "

"This property is a veritable oasis in the middle of a quite bleak landscape. We chose this hacienda to provide a break in our drive from Pisco Elqui to Santiago and were very glad we did. Everything was great - the amenities, the people, the restaurant, ... We particularly enjoyed taking a walk through the fruit orchards and vegetable gardens, and lounging with our Aperol Spritzs at the pool"

"Super kind owner who really values honest conversation. very welcoming and helped me out a ton with finding things to do and planning things in La Serena. Place was also very clean and walkable to other areas. The breakfast was so good, filling, and simple that I recreated it back at home."
