"Fantastic pre arrival contact with owner, who were exceptionally helpful. House was great, suited our needs perfectly. Very central, easy walking distance to shops, cathedral, or if eating out. Clear and precise instructions on how everything worked EG: shower, heating etc. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it! "

"Great property for the 6 of us. Large rooms, and comfortable beds. Bedding and towels were included, along with tea-towels and oven cloth. Washing up liquid and dish washer tablets were also included. Games room had a pool table and table football game, which my family enjoyed. We bever used the sauna or jacuzzi, but the swimming pool got very well used. Not always enough shade, but not often a problem in thd UK, we were just extremely lucky with the weather. "Very quiet and low lit area - perfect for stargazing. No WiFi so the kids stayed off their devices and enjoyed watching the chickens roam around freely. My little boy even got to help feed some which he thought was brilliant. Mary and her husband are top class hosts! Would definitely recomendthis place to anyone who wants a quiet rural getaway. "

The garden and patio area were perfect for evening drinks and dining with comfortable patio furniture. "Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"

"Only spent a couple of nights here but could definitely have stayed longer. Cottage has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The owners are really helpful and none intrusive. Complimentary wine and fresh bread are a lovely touch.(bread definitely a winner) Property is very handy for Ely and Cambridge. Use the park and ride for Cambridge. It's good value and cheaper than parking in the centre."

The building of stay was a good size and plenty of room to move about without being on top of eachother. The decor was outdated and requires upgrades in places. "My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
