"We loved our six nights in the Obidos Castle. We thoroughly enjoyed day trips to the beach, Peniche, Fatima, Batalha, wine tasting and more. The castle are is busy during the day, but so peaceful at night. Rodrigo was the best host I have had (among many rentals on 3 continents). He met us to show us around and was very helpful in helping us both feel at home and explore the region. This 300 year old house was quirky but charming. Don’t hesitate to book!"

"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. "Si l'emplacement dans la région et le calme sont de mise, seul l'extérieur de la location (piscine) était conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons été hébergé dans le garage aménagé de la propriété et non dans la maison comme imaginé avec l'annonce. Cuisine non équipée : pas de four, de plaque de cuisson, ni d'évier (vaisselle à faire dans le très petit évier de la salle de bain). Pas de machine à laver le linge.
