"This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place. It is immaculately clean, has all the necessary amenities and more, the owner is obliging and nice. A five star service for very little money. Highly recommended. "

"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "La casa es mejor que la descripción, amplia, cómoda, con todo lo necesario y más para disfrutar de una estancia 10. Mucho mejor que en las fotos, y ahora tienen una piscina de obra maravillosa. Cuando vuelva a la zona repetiré seguro!"

"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. Thank you "

"We stayed there about 6 years ago and found it charming and classic. This stay was just as pleasant. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The parking was a bit inconvenient as we had to park in the municipal lot about 2 blocks away, although it is a safe underground garage. The hotel allows you to drive up to drop off and pickup luggage. Staying in the old city, walking distance from everything made up for any inconvenience. We highly recommend this property!"
