The little Villa of the Sea - Seafront

In Ouistreham Riva Bella, a charming, modern and well-decorated 40m² house on the seafront.

You'll love the atmosphere of the house and its two terraces, perfect for enjoying your vacation and relaxing by the sea.

Ideally located in the heart of Ouistreham Riva Bella, near Sword Beach, you'll be close to shops and all amenities.

- A large open-plan living area with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (appliances, etc.).

- Two terraces: a front terrace facing the sea and a rear terrace facing south, protected from the wind and view, equipped with garden furniture (table and chairs), a hanging armchair, a barbecue and deckchairs.

North-facing terrace with sea views.

- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

First floor:

- One attic bedroom with double bed (140/190cm) and small sea view, accessed via a spiral staircase (not suitable for young children).

For your convenience, beds will be made up on arrival and towels are provided!

Nice little cosy place near by the sea!
We stayed for few days over the summer. This is a place ideal for a couple or a small familly. Very well located, with nice restaurants near by. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to all our requests.
Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2024
