"Horrendous 2 hour sleep. Room stank of cigarette smoke on arrival via the air conditioning system. It smelled damp and of cigarettes due to the cold air pumped from elsewhere in the building. Sink didn’t drain. Hair came UP out of the plug when you ran the tap water. Trains and noise from station broadcasts carried directly to the room as no protection from it. "The property is truly unique and special. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Location is great- easy to explore and walk around Beaugency. Food is superb, both breakfast and Dinner. The basin tap temperature control was odd. It started off cold then quickly turned to hot no matter which direction you turned the lever. A minor issue but otherwise highly recommended."

"It was very central to everything. They gave us secure parking for our motorbikes. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were spotless and shower was perfect. Very central for touring the loire valley area. Highly recommend a stay here. 10 out of 10"
