"We booked 2 nights via Expedia and shortly thereafter we got a personal email welcoming us and giving us instructions on how get to the riad (short walk from kasbah car park). We were warned that they had 2 cats, so we wrote back that I was allergic, but had had no problem so far at riads in Morocco. "We really enjoyed our stay. It is like an oasis in the desert. Very nice peaceful atmosphere, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Children friendly, lovely swimming pool, outdoor gym, places to relax. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. If you hire a car and look for some quiet place away from busy town, this is definitely the best option."

"The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...
