"We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too!"

"We were so happy with our choice to stay at this property, part of Hamilton Estates. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The main living space was much larger than I anticipated. We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. Would stay here again. "

"We found our rental a good value. The location is not beach front as the photo implies. It is a 3 minute walk to the unit from the beach. The beach is flat, sand good, beach chairs nice and no reason to rush out and reserve one. Rent a small SUV to get around. Barefoot next door and Indian Summer has good food to walk to. The restaurant there has good pizza but were not impressed with anything else they served."

"This property was perfect for our needs. It had all the facilities and household goods required to make our stay very comfortable. The pool is wonderful for a dip in the morning and as i like flowers the surrounding gardens were a joy to look at. The location is quiet, and there is a very good beach within walking distance, (walking to the beach to watch the sunsetting is a perfect end to the day). "Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. "

"Property was exactly as advertised - host was very helpful prior to arriving with suggestions of things to do! Definitely want to rent a car as this is the luxury, quiet side of the island. "
