"Very nice hotel and spa, pleasant location for walking and exploring the villages in the area. Very good breakfast and restaurant for dinner, only thing missing is the option to have some lunch. I don’t speak French so at times it was a struggle but the staff are very helpful "

"tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage im Elsass, von hier aus sind tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen möglich. Wir hatten ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick in die Rheinebene und mit modernem Bad. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das lag auch am guten Essen, sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht gerade günstig. Als Abwechslung bietet sich das Restaurant A l'Ami Fritz gegenüber an. "Breathtaking location. Clean rooms. The prices at the hotel restaurant are a little confusing as their is a fixed-price menu and supplements for “à la carte” dishes which do not seem to correspond to the prices listed on the paper menu. The food was enjoyable."

Lovely stay, close to everything you need

"We were immediately greeted upon entry. The desk clerk was lovely, very helpful with directions around the city. She explained the hotel’s amenities. The room was comfy. The hotel itself smelled wonderful and I ended up purchasing one of their signature room sprays. It is absolutely worth your while to purchase the breakfast-it was fresh and very delicious with a ton of options. We only stayed one night and would absolutely stay again. It was very close to the Notre Dame and tourism office where many tours originate in the mornings."
