Boasting 1 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for exploring the Jurassic Coast and East Devon. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.
This property has underfloor heating through out with touch screen panels and an electric fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, airfryer and a microwave.
The lounge area and offers a smart television WiFi has been upgraded to Starlink.
There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a King size four poster bed and is perfect size for two. Although the cottage can accommodate upto four using two single beds in the living area for a short stay.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. - A washing machine is included for your use if needed.

Parking:
There is free of road parking on premises, parking is at owners risk. In front of the black garage doors.
Please be mindful of a high curb coming into the drive. Should you have a low vehicle.
Directions:
Gnome Home, Fluxton is on the road between Ottery St Mary and Tipton St John. It is serviced by the Hatchgreen bus route 382 via Whimple on the (Exeter to Waterloo south western railway line) to Sidmouth. Exeter Airport is 8.5 miles away.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and explore East Devon with beautiful walks along the River Otter a stones throw from the door.
