"Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Duschtüren waren nicht dicht, so dass das Bad anschließend halb unter Wasser stand. Beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es sehr intensiv und unangenehm vermutlich nach einem Lufterfrischer. Der Totalausfall des TV war jedoch das größte Manko. Ob es am Gerät lag oder am Anbieter können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Lage des Hotels im lebhaften Zentrum war für uns okay. Das Schloss und der Altstadtkern waren bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. "A simple accommodation facility 13-15 min walk from the center and train station of Strasbourg. Cleaning maybe once every few days. The room has a stove, fridge, dishes, kettle, tea and instant coffee. The rooms are rather tired. Sometimes it can be noisy as the rooms are not soundproofed."
