"House was ina nice neighborhood. Very quiet area. Surprised how bug thr property actually was. Loved everything about the property. Hosr was great letting us know what we needed to do for checkout. Would stay here again if we are in the area. "

"Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. "The stay was a perfect getaway for a respite. Lots of space and the rooms werent crowded with excess furniture. Couch and recliner sectional are really comfortable. The mattresses we slept on were great. A really soft one for my partner's preference and a firmer to match my preference. Host was absolutely great with communication. "Our stay was perfect. Location is great which we knew because we stayed here before. The only reason I have accurateness of listing 4 stars is because it would have been good to know there is a Kurig coffee maker in the kitchen and a blow dryer. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Great location for the wedding and convenience to grocery and restaurants. Clean and ready for us with a perfect backyard! The only thing is the grills starter didn’t work and needed an aim and flame for convenience of starting it that was not available. But that is minor and we loved our stay!"

"Just one night to visit our son for fraternity dad's weekend. Super cozy, I enjoyed watching movies and making soup for the fraternity holiday decorating. AND...the option for early check in and late checkout was AMAZING, something I wish more places would do. Easy to get around. On a bit of a busy street, but I had no problem getting in and out of the drive at different times of day. "

"Great house in a quiet neighborhood, pet friendly with a great fully fenced backyard. There is a Koi pond that my dog stared at for 24 straight hours instead of being anxious about being away from home. Fast reliable internet. Plenty of towels, plenty of comfortable beds. Neighbors were super friendly. It’s my first time in Lawrence and it’s a great town. People are so helpful and nice. Mass street for a meal was great and less than 10 minutes away . Pool table in basement kept my 12 year old...

"It was a siblings and our spouses weekend. We love the house and amenities. We’d love to book again and hopefully the dock will be up and running. Too bad the storms got to it. We made do with no problem though. We had a really good time. "

"This is such an adorable house and great place to stay. Host is quick to respond and eager to make your stay seamless. House is very clean and stocked with all the essentials plus many more things. We loved the coffee bar. Quiet surroundings allowing us to escape the college crowd but still be close to visit campus. Would love to stay here again. "

Our family of 10 gathered to attend a KU game, visit our student attending KU, and explore the surrounding area. It was a short walk (maybe 15 minutes) to Allen Fieldhouse. Will definitely stay here again. "
