Our basement doesn't have a separate entrance, however, this area has its own locked door for guest(s) to access ALL U see in the pictures without sharing it, its accessible ONLY TO GUESTS; Attached Bathroom ,Queen bed (2ppl), twin bed (1pn) dining & living room, kitchenette, Closet. AC/heather, near by restaurants, Shopping Center. Minutes from downtown, Ottawa, Casino, Chelsea, Camp Fortune, Gatineau Park.
The space
This is a beautiful private studio room in the lower level-basement, for YOUR USE ONLY, NO SHARINING WITH ANYONE, ONLY Accessible for guests.

The studio has an ensuite 3-piece bathroom for you only, you can work in our conform table, enjoy the living room. kitchenet to prepare basic meals; microwave, minifridge, toaster oven, plates, utensils, sink.

Guest access
Only You are entitled to the private bathroom, kitchenette, desk, sofa and dinning table in the studio located in the basement. You have a private door after accessing the shared main entrance of the house to enjoy all you see in the picture in our basement.
During your stay
I like giving my guests space and know that they can reach out with any questions.
Other things to note
The furnace and sum pump are located in the basement;
- during summer summer you might hear a water fountain when it rains.
- you might hear the start up sound when in use. In Summer you might hear the AC when starts
