"The property is in a beautiful location, peaceful, but the Neighbours are not happy to see different people going for a walking. They may following you asking what are looking for it. Very weird. The house is spacious and has plenty of room. It’s old and need some updates. The washrooms and floors should be better cleaned. Hot tub was clean and warm, it was very nice to relax. Pool table was fun to play as well. Overall it was a great stay. "

Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. "We stayed at Jacob's Lakehouse September 20-23 of 2024, wish we had booked for longer. Family of 10 and cottage was very spacious. For our family we could have probably used an extra room, but we knew what we were getting in to. There was so much to do, inside and outside, on the lake or venturing off the property like we did. "The property is absolutely gorgeous! We canoed and hung out by the fire pit. So lovely in the Fall. Very spacious inside. Lots of indoor activities as well. The kitchen should have been cleaner, but the upstairs was very clean. We didn’t find the jacuzzi very clean so we didn’t use it. "
