"We absolutely loved this property! The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "

"Not the best place to stay in Zadar. Plug sockets are an electrical hazard, not very clean... pool is not for children Service and staff were fine Location is far to walk to old town. About 35mins to sunset view. Would have maybe been abit better if the children were older. But it was too far for us to walk, not clean and not ideal "

"It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. To begin with, the apartment has only one air condition for three rooms which was unacceptable considering the fact that it was 38 degrees. There were no towels and they brought us finally a few towels which were dirty (no more comments). Also, the room stinks. And the lady who is supposed to be the manager is absolutely rude and impolite. On top of that, there was no hot water at all. Finally, when I asked for some extra sheets she found this...

"The place was alright, I wouldn't say it was a luxury boutique property. It was clean and tidy but the basic amenities like soap, coffee, tea and anything of that nature was severely lacking. Even the a/c was under sized for the size of apartment."

"Super accommodation. 2 very comfortable en-suite rooms. Dishwasher an absolute bonus. A toaster would have been welcome. Stove and microwave no oven. Efficient air con in all areas. Was end of season so no restaurant or bar facilities. No direct communication with staff. There is an additional cleaning charge at the end not mentioned at check in!"
