In summer time guests can take vegatables and fruits for free of charge from our garden. We have small garden for ourselves. Fruits and vegetables we breed are pesticides free. Children can enjoy on trampoline, slide, badminton, darts, basketball or sand playground. Rent a bike to explore cycling routes arround or rent a kayak and feel pittoresque landscapes of Gacka river. Ask your host.

We are always present at listing and we always serve welcome drink to our guests: coffe or tea and home made liquor (Sljivovic - made from plumbs).
Always at your service, we can pick you up in city center or at bus station at arrival. If you are interested in history of this area we can inform you and show you some of the interesting natural or historical places.
We love to spend some time with our guests to get know each other, but always respect your privacy and your wishes.

Great stay
2 unforgettable days , one spent at Plitvice lakes and beautiful Rastoke village and second day driving ATV in Prozor , stopping to see water mills, old planes , beautiful landscape or part of local history. Apartment is clean , owner is very friendly and he organizes kayak, ATV and bike trips in the area.

Great host
A bit small but so clean and neat. Dennis is a 10 host in every way. Could use more counts space for cell phones with electrical to plug them in and a coffee maker. Instant just does not do it. Other wise a great place and excellent restaurant near by.

Good starting point for Plitvice, National parks and more
The flat is a side-building of the owbers house. It has two bed rooms for either four adults or a family of two adults and two children. Unfortunately the largest room is a combination of kitchen and eating room, there is no living room with furniture to lay on or sit convenient. Also there is no veranda or equivalent for sitting and reading a book or music listening. But it's clean, large enough and on a very silent area in "the middle of nowhere", so no large traffic, loud industry e.g. It's roughly one hour by car to Plitvice, the sea or other national parks. Ideal also for families with small children.

Warm welcome !
Denis and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. We feel like as we are at home! :) There are different stores which we can find the necessities nearby. Environmentally, the apartment is located in a very quiet area, where we can ride the bikes, go kayaking on the beautiful river. We spent a fantastic moment there ! Thanks again :) Hsuan-Chu & Fred

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage am Fluss Gacka. Sehr gut gelegen für einen Besuch der Plitvicer Seen. Vermieter sind sehr nett, auch Fahrräder konnten kostenlos benutzt werden.

Super Appartment klein und fein es war alles da um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Die Kinder konnten alle Spielsachen mitnutzen und haben viel Zeit auf dem Hof verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer Denis und seiner Frau war super freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder vorbei

Tolle Unterkunft
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guten Freizeitangeboten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ca. 1 Stunde zu den Plitvicer Seen. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist klasse! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Tidy little apartment in idyllic countryside
Great place to relax, away from the crowds. Situated in farm land, in the middle of nowhere - just what I love! The host Denis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. He also runs an outdoor activity centre, so we had a lovely afternoon on Kayaks down the Gacka river.

Wonderful apartement
We were in the apartement for 3 nights. Absolutly sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. Denis is very nice guy who will accomidate your stay. We all can imagine to visit Otocac and the gacka river again.

Quelle hospitalité
Denis est souriant et très sympathique. Super accueil. Bel appartement, très très propre avec tout l'équipement souhaité. Bel environnement bucolique au bord d'une petite rivière, au calme. Situé à environ 45 mn des lacs de Plivitce, une merveille de la nature à voir absolument. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

A recommendation for a taste of the real Croatia!
We stayed for five days in Otocac. Denis is an exemplary host, making our stay as happy as possible. He runs a kajak/bike/quad bike business on site which we took some advantage of. We had our own bikes (as we took our car) and Denis advised us on an interesting cycle route. He also advised us on good walks and restaurants etc. If there was any problem, he dealt with it efficiently (even though he is a very busy man!) A great little apartment. The rooms are too small to house your suitcases but as there were only two of us so we took advantage of the spare room and put our suitcases on the beds. The kitchenette is adequate for cooking simple meals on a two-ring cooker (no oven). The fridge is a good size with a small freezer (take your own ice-cube maker!) It's in a lovely location by the side of the river Gacka. Outside the apartment is a place where children could play (climbing frame, trampoline, paddling pool) and table and bench to sit at. Overall, thank you Denis, his family and his team for making our stay so enjoyable. And a special thank you to Denis's lovely mum for loaning me her sewing kit and for giving us some home-grown vegetables from the garden!!

Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable à Otocac. Excellent accueil et disponibilité de Denis et de sa femme. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très agréable avec la rivière au bout de la propriété. Parcours en Kayak sur la rivière très sympa et bien organisé par Denis et son équipe. A recommander sans hésiter !
