"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Express Inn in Parsons, KS, while my grandpa was in transition to a nursing home. The kindness and compassion shown by the staff and owner truly went above and beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check-out so he could rest longer, and even brought him food from breakfast since he's on hospice care and not very mobile. What meant the most to us was how often they checked on him, always making sure he was comfortable and cared for. It's rare to find a place where people treat guests like family, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. We're so grateful for everything they did during such a difficult time. Highly recommend."

"We stopped here in October, 2024 on our way to Southern Texas & after spending 1 night, eating at a nice restaurant across the parking lot, we had a REMARKABLE breakfast thst was included in the price of our room. A worker asked how we wanted our eggs cooked, what foods we wanted, what to drink, it was SO personal, like a private chef!"
