"Please tip housekeepers, they do an awesome job! This place is conveniently located near Parque de la marimba n other nearby attractions. Transportation is easy, although I would suggest Uber instead of taxis or any other public transportation. Five stars for this hotel. Rooms are a bit outdated but overall is a beautiful hotel, nice pool to kill the heat"

"El hotel está bien ubicado a 2 cuadras del parque de la marimba, donde encontrarán varios restaurantes y tiendas para artesanías así como cafés, marimba de miércoles a domingo creo empieza a las 6 pm, también hay un autobús doble (double decker) con excursión alrededor de Tuxtla que sale de este mismo parque. La habitación está sencilla pero limpia y con aire acondicionado, el staff fue muy agradable y nos ayudó mucho. El desayunó buffet es muy rico y varía todos los días aunque no tiene muchos platillos para escoger, pero es más que suficiente. También está cerca del centro de Tuxtla y otros parques para turistear si les gusta caminar, definitivamente regresaremos."
