"It’s very disappointing that the hotel chooses to use hidden charges to trick its customers. Upon check out, and after having a prepaid booking, I was told I had to pay cleaning charges, which nearly doubled the cost of night. It’s an ugly and deliberate way to mislead customers."

"We stayed at the Loft Affair as a family of 4. It was perfect, walkable to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Short taxi ride to the ski slopes. The accommodation itself was stunning, so cosy and comfortable. I only wish we had booked longer than 3 nights. Will definitely stay again when next in Zakopane. :) "
