The Loft Suite is a big and cozy studio apartment for rent for
holidays in Puglia. The Loft Suite is on the lower floor of a villa in
the countryside of Ostuni. It`s equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, parking area in the garden and internet. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Pets are allowed.

in a villa with garden, The Loft Suite is new and well furnished. The
loft has a large outdoor area that is shared with the owners that live
on the upper floor. This holiday home is on the basement and it`s
rechable through a slide.
The studio apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed for two guests, kitchen and dining area and the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The studio apartment for rent The Loft Suite is in a villa in the countryside of Ostuni. The White City with its beautiful old town centre is 2.5 kilometers away. The beaches on the Adriatic coast are 11 kilometers away. The closest seaside locations are Torre Santa Sabina, Villanova and Torre Guaceto.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Apartamento nuevo muy bien situado para visitar Ostuni
El apartamento es amplio, bien equipado y está muy limpio. Bien situado para desplazarte al centro de Ostuni, en coche a 5'. Lo unico negativo es que una vez hecha la reserva en Vrbo no tratas directamente con el propietario, hay una agencia intermedia que hace los tramites y a veces demasiados mails y papeleo para completar el check-in..
