It was in January so SUPER quiet and not much open but we will be back with warmer weather. Room was huge and stunning. The entire hotel is charming and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most in Italy and the water pressure was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
