A house directly on the Baltic Sea! Just behind the dunes, beautifully located in the forest, is the Strandpark Ostseebad Baabe. In addition to the high comfort offered by this chic house, the location is almost unique - just a few steps - and you have wonderful sandy beach under your feet. The 'promenade' of Baabe is the Strandstraße. Cozy cafes and restaurants await you. In the small stores you can browse for vacation memories.

In the comfortable vacation homes, in the new beach park, you can switch off from everyday life and enjoy eventful vacations. Especially because of the whirlpool, the fireplace and the sauna it is an idyll in every season. From the airfield Güttin you can take off and experience Rügen once from the bird's eye view. You have a unique overview of the charming landscape of Rügen with the incomparable Bodden and coastal landscape. EXTRAS in the house: Childproof sockets. Smoke detector. 1 P-place in the plant close to the house. More for a fee about 800 m away. Non-smoking house. Child staircase safety.
