"This hotel was convenient to Old Town, about a 12-minute walk. The rooms were nice but small. Breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It is tucked into a series of older appartment buildings and difficult to find. But it feels like an oasis once you arrive."

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and easily could have done another 5. The bedroom was wonderfully kept and I enjoyed every minute in and by the pool, on the nearby Borik beach and swimming in the sea. Somehow they got wind that it was my birthday the day before we left, and left a card and present in the bedroom. I used the little bit of Croatian I'd learned and hotel staff were encouraging and positive about this, though they were excellent in English, and I assume in German and...

"Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "

"Just returned. A beautiful resort with friendly staff but unfortunately value for money wasn't great. Expensive drinks - we expected to pay more but the drinks were too costly for the amount and the portions of food were small (and I'm not a big eater). The rooms weren't cleaned as you would expect - only towels changed. The beds were not made (only left as we made them) and bathrooms not cleaned. Only shower gels replaced. "Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it.
