Villa Luna's is located in a hilly area in the hinterland of Senigallia, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of Le Marche region.
The beach of Senigallia, known as the ‘Velvet Beach’, is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find long beaches of fine sand with shallow waters, ideal for families with children, beach clubs and chalets on the seafront, where you can have fun and enjoy the long summer days.
In addition to the beaches, in this town you will find a charming historic centre, where you can stroll around and admire squares, churches and historical monuments, such as the majestic Rocca Roveresca; renowned restaurants where you can taste fish specialities such as grilled fish, brodetto and fritto misto of the Adriatic; and many events, including international ones, such as the famous 'Summer Jamboree', an international festival of American music and culture in the 1940s and 1950s, attended by people from all over the world.
From the villa you can easily reach the villages and towns of the valley and visit some of the most popular destinations in this region. - a double bedroom with a small terrace;

The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning.
The first floor consists of:
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony;
- a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning.
On the basement floor there are:
- a double bedroom with a large French window overlooking the garden and a sitting area with armchairs and a fireplace;
