Great getaway
Check in was backed up a bit at 7:00 p.m. Room was nice. Bar area outside was enjoyable with live music..drinks..the bright moon. Enjoyed the pool ...good temperature. Breakfast was good. Love the Coffee machine in the lobby area.

The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall.

The toilet bowl was loose, upon entering the room, it had a bad odor. The hallway carpet had a large white stain. The front desk Jasmine was very helpful, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast casserole was very salty.

I can’t say AMAZING enough times
Bentleys Boutique has changed names (ownership) and is now Casey Key Resort Mainland! They are in the process of many updates throughout the facility, but you almost wouldn’t even know, except you see the crews changing all the mattresses! I don’t think I had new mattresses in my room yet, but nonetheless our beds were VERY comfortable. I reserved my stay for 9 nights and the rest of my children (8 of them and 15 grandchildren) had arranged to stay at different places in the area. We were there for my children’s father’s memorial and also made a memorable vacation out of it. Although I was the only registered guest, they welcomed every one of my family, extended family and friends at all times!!! The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating (Donna, Michelle, Jared, Rene, Ian)!!!!!!!!! I can’t leave out Rick❤️ He is there EVERY morning cleaning the pool and making sure that all the chlorine and PH levels are 100%!!! He was there every morning as I was having my coffee to wish me a good day and follow up with a little conversation!!! Big Al is an also quite amazing and friendly entertaining my family on Sunday’s next to the tiki bar strumming his guitar and captivating us with his beautiful voice with many songs from the past!! I can ALMOST promise you will not be disappointed with your stay. If I ever return to the area I won’t stay anywhere else!!!!!

Our vacation experience at Casey Key Resort was phenomenal. The front desk reception, the breakfast and breakfast attendants, the tiki bar bartender (Ian) were all pleasant and very accommodating. They have one of the cleanest pools I've ever seen. The bed was heavenly but some of the pillows should be tossed. We had a poolside room with an excellent view and comfortable seating. The air conditioning was on point. The front full serve bar and restaurant have yet to reopen but the tiki bar is totally sufficient. The live music added a special ambiance of liveliness. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend and return to visit ourselves.

BEWARE! We had an AC leak in the bedroom! Water dripped throughout the day through the night! It dropped nonstop. Maintenance guy came to check it and said it’s because of condensation and there is nothing that can be done. Front desk said they couldn’t change our room we so we checked out early. They are not customer service friendly and the rooms are outdated. It feels like a cheap motel.

It was really quiet there. Unfortunately that's because the hotel was nowhere near capacity. But the staff who we saw were very friendly. The place was clean.

I stayed here with my kids 8 & 11 years old. The pool was great! They had pool toys, plenty of seating and comfortable cabanas. The downside was due to the pandemic there was no maid service. I had to take trash out, ask for toilet paper, coffee, and towels. The breakfast employees were strict with how many eggs you could eat. I was told I could only have one egg since she did not have enough for others. Seems pretty ridiculous to limit the eggs to a grown adult. I thought the meal staff were very unpleasant but the front desk staff were nice. I really enjoyed the pool area and beds comfortable.

I was disappointed. The sink drained very slowly, the shower leaked. They took my old towels but didn't leave clean ones. I asked about the room being cleaned. They said that rooms were only cleaned if you put the card on the door. I expected if that was the default, they should have explained the process at check in. I put the card on the door and my room still didn't get cleaned. The towels were thin and small. I expected to be able to wrap it around myself but couldn't and I am a size 12

We were disappointed in how we were treated, and in the condition of the property overall. The breakfast served was very poor in quality. The property has potential based on it’s location, but management needs to spend funds to improve the quality of services provided.
