Small two-room apartment Caponero

The apartment is located inside a small building in front of a staircase very close to the sea. It is not suitable for people with disabilities as it is necessary to go down this staircase to reach the sea. The house is on three levels and is composed as follows: entrance with kitchenette with all comforts (dishes, kettle etc .. and induction hob), a double bedroom with French bed, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom new with shower where you will find everything at your disposal, including a hairdryer. There is also a laundry room for exclusive use with washing machine. It is 5 km from Sanremo and 2 km from Ospedaletti. Nice airport is 84 km away, and Montecarlo 26 km. Has private parking. The area is well served and you will find a carrefour supermarket open 24h one km away while the bus stop is in front of the condominium entrance.
