"The breakfast and dinner buffet was awesome. The staff are so accommodating and will help you with anything and very friendly the sandbar and the beaches. The whole property is magnificent. "The place is not well maintained. the toilet paper holder fell off, no facial tissue in the box. one of our rooms did not have private washroom and tv. the toilet was not working well, the shower water was not strong enough. however, the staff were really nice and prompt with solving them when an issue was brought up. there were signs about extra charges when using the amenities (swimming pool, stove/barbecue area/refrigerator). "The owners were absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful. We stayed here a couple days and every night they arranged to have us taken in to town for dinner and picked up and taken back again and helped us with catching buses when we left. They also arranged our Whale Shark experience with the same tricycle driver who ensured that we were in the right place at the right time (something that may have been quite daunting if we were on our own). Their generosity will not be forgotten, thank you."
