"The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. "We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. The staff were helpful but still annoying that I got a reaction like that. "
