We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. "We where transiting through Osh on our way to Dushanbe and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and a very nice stay at Level hotel. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with exceptionable service. We arrived late at night, around midnight, but still we had pizza and drinks in our room 15 minutes later. I will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in Osh. "
