We loved our stay at the Rakuten Stay in Osaka. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean and well situated at a minute distance from the nearest train station. It’s also a walking distance to a Family Mart and Lawson. Recommended stay for a family.

The location was 5 star, convenient to Dekijima station and right near 2 supermarkets and a Family Mart and a Lawson. The building seems reasonably new and modern. The only negative things are the hotel is unstaffed and everything is done by video chat at a tablet at the reception area, even when we arranged for garbage removal and fresh towels upon checking in it was only done ONCE in a 2 weeks stay and even then it had to be chased up via our booking agent as the video chat is limited to certain times of day.

The accommodation is very well. Clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and we all have a pleasant stay there. However, the check in system is really poor, the iPad in the front desk should have some problems. Once I fill in the check in information, the system automatically informed that I have checked out. The first two staffs I talked int he iPad were not helpful until a foreigner lady who could speak English that could figure out our problem. we finally could enter our room. It was not my first time to live in Rakuten stay but it was definitely the horrible experience we had ever. More training for the staff in communication is needed.

The room was way better than we expected. There’s a japanese bathroom that you can heat the exact way you want to take a bath or just a quick shower. There’s good restaurants nearby aswell as a Lawson and a supermarket. The metro station is 2 minutes away from the hotel. It’s a very calm place.

Super near to Dekijima station. 8 stops to Osaka-Namba, very fast. Check in was confusing. Sofa was abit worn out and dirty

This is condo like with a Japanese vibe! Clean and complete with amenities. So close to the station, we did not mind the travel from Osaka. Affordable and accommodated a family of five. Will come back next time! Took time with 5 to register at check in but okay.

Property was great very close to the train station which is convenient. Amenities were great with a fridge and washing machine inside. The only big issue I had was that one of our bed sheets were heavily stained and even had a 3 or so inch what I can assume is a blood stain.

The lobby is well conditioned and looks clean. The apartment inside also has clean toilets, with comfortable beds and cooling air-conditioning that makes us fall asleep quickly. So close to Dekijima station, good size for our family of four. Had grocer, family mart and Lawson near by, but the life supermarket was the best. Area was safe, but the road and train noise was noticeable, since we are used to a very quiet place, but it’s not a deal breaker. Big down side was the bathroom, it was mouldy and smelled bad every time we came back, so we aired it out with the ventilation and it was ok. Definitely needed a better cleaning than it had.

I got a room that I can even put my luggage , literally without space the door was no open all the way because the space and I have doble bed together like one bed because they did not have any spaces at all in the room the TV was literally against the bed. Very uncomfortable, No housekeeping in 3 days.

Good stay at Osaka
It was a stay of 3 nights and 4 days. The room was 100% satisfactory. However, the staff told me to contact customer support to change towels. However, due to the difficulty in reaching customer support from the mobile phone of the foreign company, I washed the used towel before going out, dried it indoors, and reused it for three days. I would appreciate it if you could consider the smoothness of the towel exchange method.
