Important Information:
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late requests are rarely accommodated; book an extra night if flexibility is needed.
• Pet-Free Home: This ensures a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
• The base nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. An additional charge of $15 per night per guest applies beyond three to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs.
• This is a quiet space for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Rental Agreement: Required for stays of 14 days or more.
