The owners of the property are amazing! The room was huge and very clean. One issue is the pool. There were not enough chairs for the guests. They also allow non guests ( e.g. "the Public") to use the pool. That was not advertised when we booked the space. My wife and I had a very nice time. Next time, we would like to have actual chairs at the pool.

The Property is not at all what is advertised on their website, no restaurant open, only the pool bar open until 10, the only ammenity is the outdoor pool with the bar, so a 4 foot pool. I asked about a working vending machine and was told by the front desk "I dont think any machine in this building works" I chose thos place based on the website and am very disappointed.

Our room etc was clean and nice! The outdoor pool with the swim up bar was great. However they advertise all the things they have there for you to do which is also why they charge the prices they charge. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. No breakfast. Indoor pool was closed. No fitness center. They advertise all these things plus a cigar and bourbon lounge which was also not there or not open. Very disappointing when paying that much to stay 2 nights (also a requirement to book a stay)! If they aren’t going to have their amenities they advertise for their guests they definitely shouldn’t be charging these prices.

This hotel was very rundown. No restaurants or bars were open. The website paints a very different experience than what we were actually offered. When we asked for additional pillows we were told there weren’t any.

There was no staff. Things didn’t work in the room. No staff to get coffee on property. No manager to speak to. Domestic assault in parking lot. Inside pool and kids pool closed. No room service for towels etc. no hot water in shower. Only warm. Fountains out front weren’t working and the water was extremely dirty and smelled. Restaurant was closed. Bar at outside pool was not stock with supplies that were on their drink list. Outside pool was extremely cloudy and open to the public. Staff throughout seemed over worked by understaffing issues.

Nice pool, friendly staff, very clean and the beds and pillows super comfy. My only issue was the bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t shut, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the lid off and messed with it and the fridge was a wine fridge so it made it hard to store any food and drinks. That being said- I would stay there again. Nice location and lovely pool and grounds.

Our stay was great! Huge pool, friendly staff, beautiful rooms! Only complaint was thin walls. Our neighbor had a terrible cough that we could hear all night but otherwise fantastic property and would highly recommend!

I have stayed here several times before but this stay was absolutely awful. Told my husband his card declined twice, called credit card company and they assured us there was no issue with the card. They tried again and said they clicked something wrong and magically it went through. Then we get to our room (2021) and could not get in the door. Waited 30 minutes for maintenance to come let us in. Asked for another room and they told us no. Had to fight with the door all weekend as it would only let you in every 5th try (safety hazard). Then we find out they charged the card he gave them AND the card I had on file through Expedia. So disappointed in my previously favorite hotel at the Lake.

The pool was fabulous! … open to the public, so can stay elsewhere and spend the day swimming Great tunes! Some pool spaces for kids… need more shady spots though It seems like the hotel is still working out some kinks with the switch over to new management. Many amenities were not available: Indoor pool under construction until ??? Restaurant only open some weekends No breakfast provided (limited cafe available in morning) No microwave in rooms No pool towels easily accessible Outdoor showers not turned on Pool furniture needed repairs/replacing Kids playground shut down Most of facilities in disrepair/ old Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable of facilities Overall, decent stay for the low cost

The hotel was nice overall but maybe it was just the holiday weekend so there was a lot of partying. So this review might be a bit harsh. People where blaring music all night and early in the morning we could hear it from their rook into ours and we could hear people talking in the hallways from our room. The rooms are not soundproof. The door to our room didn't lock without having to mess with it. Rooms where nice but our couch had a red stain on it. If you're looking for peace and quite this isn't for you. If you want to party it's probably great. The pool looked nice with had live music. Staff was friendly enough.
