Ledges Lakefront 2BR Condo! No Steps. Walk-In Unit w/ WiFi.

Renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo at the popular Ledges Condominiums. Outstanding lakefront view with visibility to the main channel. This is a walk-in unit so no need to climb all those stairs. The unit comes fully furnished with new recliners, sofa and beds. Enjoying the weather and great view from the lakeside deck. The condo also includes free WiFi. The Ledges complex has a fantastic location in the center of the lake. Dining, shopping, golf, hiking and grocery stores are all just minutes away.

We have a covered 10 x 30 boat slip that is also available upon request for $15 per night. The slip is located in the dock right next to the building so the walk down is short. No trailer parking on site.

For the GOLFERS out there Lake of the Ozarks is the Midwest's premier golf destination. The Lake of the Ozarks golf trail consists of 13 fantastic courses all within driving distance. The Ledges complex sits just outside the award winning Sycamore Creek Golf Club.

Also, don't miss out on the great deals found at the Osage Beach Premium Outlets. This mall is located just minutes from the condo.

Location was ideal for our group. The option of two pools and beach access to swim in the lake is great. Unit was very clean and gave you a feeling of comfort at the lake. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt with replies. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lake of the Ozarks!

The Ledges Condos Are Our Favorite!
We have stayed at the ledges condos several times and have loved every stay! It's the perfect location on the lake, close to PB2 boat launch, and the boat slip with the condo is steps away! The condo was clean and we'll kept, nicely decorated, fireplace, deck, everything we could need! We love staying here and ate thankful for great hosts!

The location was great. Close to retail and restaurants and very easy to find. The property was clean and very private, a perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I picked this property because of the recliners and was not disappointed.

We are a family of four we rented a condo to fish the big bass Dash. We have two children ages seven and eight accommodations were absolutely beautiful. Perfect for what we needed the owner Corey provide any information you need it we absolutely loved our stay and we plan to be back.

Great location with no stairs! We had a wonderful time and the property worked very well for our group. Only con and wouldn’t be for all people was the carpet….lots of spots. This would NOT deter us from staying here again though!

the condo was very clean and it was nice to have a walk in unit with no stairs. View from Balcony was great and loved the beach access to the lake. There was plenty of seating for the 4 of us. Would have like a TV in the 2nd bedroom but other than that would love to stay here next year.

Girls Fall Trip
The condo was very nice and clean. Loved not having steps and parking close to door. Beds were comfy and the unit was decorated nicely. Wish it had a grill on the deck. Because of disabilities, it was a struggle to take the bar stools off the bar and bring the dining chairs from the kitchen to the table. It also would be nice to have instructions for the TV remotes. Other than that it was very nice. Thank you!

Great bang for buck
pros: awesome view. On the 2nd floor which is where you park. Great for 4 people. Any more than 4 guests could make you feel a little cramped. Place is fairly updated over all. 1 of the 2 pools is on the corner of all the homes and faces the lake. Very affordable. Much better than a hotel. Furniture is very comfy! Cons: smells like old people. Master bath needs work. Some of the appliances were a little out dated. Wifi is slow (due to it being on wireless G). Walls are super thin. You can hear people walking above you. 2nd bedroom is facing main walk way and you can hear and feel footsteps or if anyone is talking. Place wasn't as clean when we arrived. Could tell the cleaning crew wanted to get in and get out. Actually had to clean a couple things knowing we were going to be staying here for 3 days. Beach is approx 75' long and is very rocky feeling rather than sandy. Parking is horrible at night. Could just be due to time of year (late June). Overall: great place to stay. Owners were easy and fast communicators. Despite some of the cons, we'd come back. Price for what you get is fair.

At the Ledges
Had a great stay ! A few things to address, I may be wrong but thought there was a grill pic. in the listing no grill. Might let folks know the dishwasher is broke before they load it. And you might try darker shade of carpet next time. All these are small things tha and the only negative from a wonderful place to stay.
