Enjoy your Lake Getaway in this 2BR/2BA condo along the water's edge of the Lake's main channel. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves washing up on the shore.

You'll Love the Outdoor Living Space on the Deck situated right on the water's edge. The view doesn't get any better and you'll enjoy afternoon shade unlike the other side of the complex! The Deck furnishings include Bar-Height Seating, a High-Top Table, and a rain & gutter system to keep you dry in the event it rains.

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard-to-find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - and also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach playground and lake swimming area that the kids really enjoy!

In the Open Main Living Area, you'll appreciate the comfortable furnishings, the Large Flat Panel TV, and plenty of seating whether eating at the table or breakfast bar or lounging in front of the TV while overlooking the Lake. Bring along your laptop or tablet and log onto the Internet at High-Speed!

The Kitchen is fully equipped, and the Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

The Master Suite has a Queen-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling van, and a Stunning Lake View. The patio door offers direct access to the deck.

The 2nd Bedroom offers a Comfortable Queen Bed and Ceiling Fan. The shared full bath is just outside the door.

Additional Sleeping for two is provided by the Queen-sized Air Mattress with pump.... Much better than any sofa sleeper!

For the Boaters, our 30-40' boat slips are available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

For the Ladies' Weekends, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village about 5 miles away and there are also numerous boutique style shops to check out at Blair's Landing and on the Bagnell Dam Strip. If you like affordable home decor, you'll love Evergreen!

For the Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay here. It was just my husband and I for our birthday getaway. We only used the master bedroom, bed was comfortable. Couch was comfortable too and we used the fire place in the living room. We sat on the deck and watched the boats go by and enjoyed the view. The condo had everything we needed, location was good and easy to find. We had no trouble checking in, finding the condo and everyone around the condo area was very nice too. We would rent it again if we make it back there.

Great Condo
We came for the Shootout and the location was wonderful for all of the festivities. The condo had a great patio with outdoor grilling. We did not use any of the kitchen except the coffee pot! LOL But the beds were great/linens and extra blankets. We added on a boat slip and it was convenient to walk to. We enjoyed the view of the water from this condo over other places we have rented!

Loved everything about this condo and the extras HOWEVER the main reason we booked this condo was the deck area and view. We learned after the first day this wasn't going to enjoyable due to all of the spider webs and SEVERAL large spiders that set up shop. Very disappointed in this. We wanted nothing more to sit and enjoy a meal or drinks in the evening listening to the boats and water. The inside of the condo did not disappoint. The kids were happy with the pool and beach toys.

Lake time
The condo was clean, but we picked this unit for the screened in porch, which the screed in porch has been removed and the ceiling fan was removed. There was a kureig coffee maker pictured there was not one of those either. I would have loved to of had a notification that the deck was getting redone and the amenities that we used to pick the unit were changed, so we could have maybe choose something else.

Great but needs some attention
The vinyl blinds in the living room and master bedroom are missing several sections. Some of the outlets we noticed through the apt were loose sockets and items wouldn’t stay plugged in or the whole outlet itself was wobbly in the wall when plugging things in or taking them out. The gas fireplace didn’t appear to be in working order, due to the fact that the igniter button is stuck. The lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. Light above master shower was out, I replaced it with a bulb from the laundry closet. The lighting in the dining section is inadequate. Very dark between the main living space and kitchen. None of what I described impacted our stay by any means and we truly had a wonderful time and that view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the space was spacious and cozy. I think some maintenance and some window treatment updates would go far. All in all would definitely book again.

Nice place with a wonderful view.
Stayed while in the area for work. This is my second stay at this property, as I really enjoy it. The carpet had some spots that could use cleaning but other than that, clean and comfortable. I will gladly stay here again. The host is very easy to work with.

Beautiful Lake View
The property was clean, found it as advertised, and the lake view was great. Our host was very responsive to any questions I had. It had all the kitchen stuff you’d expect. This is however a bring your own shower soap, and shampoo. Everything else was provided. I would definitely use again for another stay.

The host was wonderful to work with and the property was great! We are seasoned guests at the Ledges and this property was our favorite! The host was very communicative and handled an issue with the neighbors in a very professional and courteous manner, and on a holiday weekend! We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay in this unit again!! I highly recommend staying with this host! Well done and thank you!

Breathtaking views of the lake! Loved watching the sunrise every morning & having breakfast on the balcony! The condo is top notch! Comfortable furniture & beds, everything you need to cook fabulous meals but we ended up trying the local restaurants which were wonderful. It is centrally located & easy to find points of interest. Good location but needs cleaning
The place was in a great spot but there was spiders and cob webs all inside/ on the balcony. The tables were dirty, my bed had blood spots on the cover, and the carpeting was dirty. Overall could definitely use a deep clean. Host was nice and good with communication!

Spider Condos
It was actually a wonderful condo very clean, great location however it was full of spiders. The balcony in the evening was nice until the spiders came out. Then we had to look through the windows. Spiders inside too. All in all it worked out.

Great views, nicely decorated and appointed
Enjoyed our stay here. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the unit FYI. View is spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the deck. Only complaint that I mentioned to the management company is their window coverings - the vertical blinds on the sliders in the living and master bedroom are missing slats and the bedroom could use some light blocking curtains. BUT it is a fabulous place!
