The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Guests appreciate the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom Unit. It is easily accessible from the upper parking lot by just 4 steps. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the Lake's main channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. Enjoy the Large-Screen HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque on the Deck.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable Queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and TV's. The 4th bedroom is set up for kids to enjoy with 2 Twin over Full Custom-Built Bunk Beds. There is a TV and ceiling fan in the 4th bedroom as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 12 with a mix of adults and children.

BOATERS: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

This was perfect for our family.
Loved the condo! We had everything we needed for our 7 adults and 3 children. The loft area was perfect for the older kids and there was a great quiet room in the back for the baby.

This condo was everything we wanted. Plenty of sleeping room, nice modern bathrooms and kitchen and a great balcony over looking the cove and boat docks. The electric grill on the balcony come in handy also. Very close to Surdyke marina for our boat rental. And Jason the property manager was very responsive to all my messages. He even set us up after we arrived with a boat slip to load and unload steps away from our condo. So convenient for our extended family of 8!

The condo accommodated all 11 of us in our party! It was a great location to everything tourists need and overall had a great vibe for lake life. The only thing I would mention is the kitchen is hardly fully stocked as there is not basic pans or cookie sheets for cooking.

We go to the lake every year to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. We always enjoy staying in Jason’s properties. They are clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. The self-check in process is very convenient and Jason has always made himself easily accessible prior to our trip to answer any questions we may have. Great Spring Getaway
The condo was in a great location, next to restaurants and shopping. It was easily accessible to load in and out with the upper parking lot and bridge. We had more than enough room for my family of 4 plus another family of four. The inside was very nicely appointed and very clean. We fished on the docks, and spent our evening watching the sunset and grilling on the deck. We'll definitely be back!

Nice condo with good views. The littles enjoyed the loft/bunk bed area. The beach was a big success with the kids also. Easy checkin/checkout. Biggest issue seemed to be the loft area was warmer than the rest of the condo which wasn’t a big deal except when sleeping.

Friends Fall Retreat
We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had everything we needed. We wished we could have had a fire in the fireplace but it was empty. The kitchen had everything we needed but the knives weren’t that great. The views were fantastic!! I especially loved be able to park in the top lot and not have to lug our things up to the fourth floor!!

LOTO rental
The rental was just as depicted. Only concerns: The carpets could be cleaned better between renters and ice machine did not work. A little water spilled on the carpets and when a paper towel was used to clean it up the paper towel came up brown. Also, there were large chunks of broken glass all across the carpet when we arrived near the sliding door. Overall, great place, instructions, and location.

Very nice place. Just as the listing describes. If you have kids they would love the upstairs room with bunks. The stairs going up could be tricky if you have to many cocktails. LOL! Love being on the top floor with only 4 steps up from parking lot made loading and unloading very easy for us. I would recommend. I also like the electric grill on the deck.
