The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. One short flight of stairs up to the condo and another one that goes down to the pool. The first door you encounter on the way to the condo is only the door that leads to a hallway. It’s not locked, go through it and you’ll find the condo entrance in the hallway to the left. Give the door a shove, it sticks sometimes.

Located just off of the Passover Exit at The Golden Reef Condos
Apart from the pull outs there are two air mattresses located under the bed, pump can be found in the closet along with extra linens and towels. A pool bag and beach towels are provided for guest use during your stay. Only use beach towels at the pool, and they are not to be hung over the railings on the balcony.
Quiet Time(s):
Please refrain from excessive noise after 10PM. Our neighbors will appreciate it, this is a quiet and family-friendly area.
Smoking/Drug Policy:
No smoking or drug usage is permitted on the property.
Guest(s):
Only overnight guests approved in advance are permitted access to the residence. We confirm the number of guests at time of check-in. Additional guests can be accommodated upon request. The booking covers 4 guests, any additional guests beyond that will cost an additional $50 per guest.
Parking:
There is adequate parking for two (2) on the property.
Fireworks:
NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. NO DISCHARGE OF ANY FIREWORKS IS PREMITTED.
Check-Out Procedures:
'Check-out' is a term we use meaning your final departure, which must be done by 10am on check-out day. A late check out request can be submitted and purchased if the availability accommodates it. Swift departures are appreciated and enforced due to the arrival of more guests.
Guests who checkout later than 10:15, will be subjected to a $150 fine.
When your stay is completed and you are ready to check-out, please do the following:
- Close and lock all windows and close blinds.
- Turn off all lights and small appliances.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
- Leave all bedding and pillows on the beds.
- Lock the Smartlock on the main door.
