We do not offer Saturday - Saturday during summer months. 7 Night minimum if booking a weekend from June 1, 2024 - September 1, 2024 and all holidays! Will consider a 5 night rental if not staying over a weekend from June- August. Plan your vacation now! Can't beat the space and location of this beautiful home! Great 6 bedroom, 5 bath lakefront home at the 17MM. This home has what you will need to make your vacation at the lake simple and easy including linens, bath towels, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, blender, toaster, etc. including a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. All you need to bring are your personal items and a few towels to take to take to the lake. Main level offers 4 bedrooms and three baths, family room, large eat in kitchen and living room. Master bedroom offers a King size bed with a full bath, fireplace, TV with DVD player, vaulted ceilings and large windows which over look the lake plus a walk out deck to the lakefront. Second, third, and forth bedrooms each offer a queen bed.

The lower level offers carpeting and ceramic tile floor, a kitchenette, large family room with a pool table and dart board, living room with 42 inch flat screen tv with Play station 2 and several games, a DVD player with a selection of movies, and 2 bedrooms and two baths (1 full, 1 half). One bedroom has two twin beds and the second bedroom offers three queen beds, a tv with a play station 1 system and games.

Lots of board games available for family game nights!

All TV's in the house are serviced with Amazon Firesticks and most have a DVR player as well.
Wifi is also included with the rental of this property for no additional monies.

This home offers a awesome 3000 square foot dock with 16X44 foot slip available for your use at no extra charge and a large swim platform with dining table to enjoy your favorite bevarage while sitting out absorbing the view of the lake. Easy to navigate home with very few steps. Only a few steps from the house to the dock.

No long trips to get into town like you find at some places.. If you need to run to town for a few last minute things you are in luck as groceries, walmart, target, and the outlet malls are minutes from the house. You will love this location!

There is a flattop grill available for your use at the home as well as an infrared propane barbecue grill. There is another propane grill on the dock.

Also on the back patio is a wood fire pit as well as a propane gas fire table available to enjoy your favorite cocktail and watch the sunset!

Many restaurants within close proximity by land and water!

We also offer two stand-up paddle boards for rental that use may during your stay for $150.00

Hot tub is also available for use during your stay for an additional fee $150

Great place for a family weekend
This was a great place for our family of 11 adults to get away for the weekend. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces, especially the dock during the daytime and the hot tub and firepit in the evening. There was plenty of room in the house for us to gather together. Hope to return next year!

The home was beautiful, great location. There were 12 of us and it was sufficiently supplied with enough kitchen and bathroom supplies. Very nice cove and dock had room for our boats. I would recommend it to anyone!

The few minor hiccups we had were handled swiftly and efficiently by Kerri, the owner. The house has so much room and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. Location was superb, easy access to local shopping and of course the lake. Definitely stay there again and recommend it to all.

Great Family Location
Property had everything our 3 generation family needed for our stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Games and activities throughout, which came in handy on one rainy day. Open kitchen family room was nice. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc as well. We spent plenty of time on the dock fishing and just hanging out. Host was very communicative when we had a question. Loved our stay.

The home is huge and has everything needed for a great family vacation. Our family of 14 was very comfortable and loved all of the amenities. The location can’t be beat! Ozark anniversary stay
We planned a 50th anniversary stay for our children and grandchildren, 13 total. We rented the paddle boards and hot tub. The bay was very quiet with few other boats on the water. The driveway was very steep with loose gravel and washed out ruts, but if you put your car in low, it was manageable. The planned asphalt surfacing will be welcomed. We were able to eat our meals together both inside, on the deck and down at the dock. The house was able to accommodate all of us, and all of the other available activities. Thank you for a nice stay and anniversary.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our time at the Townsend lake house retreat!! it had plenty of space for the group that we brought, paddle boards were a blast, all the games to be able to play inside we’re a hit, and the quiet Cove location was great! Fantastic place to stay!
We had 11 people and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The hot tub was luxurious and there was enough to do without leaving the house - Cornhole, darts, pac man, pool, games... The only thing I would change is add another hot water heater or get one of the on demand ones. We went through the hot water pretty quickly and had to wait 10 minutes for the next person to shower. Oh, and my husband said it needs bigger coffee mugs! I told him to just double fist his coffee. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing week Fishing and Enjoying the Lake
We had an amazing week on the water at this beautiful property. The owner's truly take all things into consideration and we were well set up to enjoy both our time on the water utilizing an incredible dock and hanging out in the evenings around the fire pit or on the deck. The views were spectacular. Waking up to the sun rising over the lake and spending our evenings enjoying a drink as the sun set over the water. The dock is big enough for a large pontoon, fishing boat, or pleasure craft. The cove is quiet and serene yet close to the State Park area and other areas of the Lake. To many positives to convey! We will definitely seek this place out again for another fishing adventure.

This house was perfect for my extended family. It was stocked with everything we needed. There were more than enough towels, wash clothes, etc for our large group. The 2 refrigerators in the house and one mini fridge at the dock was awesome! I can’t say enough about the location of this house. Right where you want to be! Just a short car ride to grocery stores and several restaurants. A cove over from back water jack and just a short boat ride to dog days. Being positioned at the end of a long cove makes for calm water great for swimming. I reached out to the owner requesting additional pictures of the staircase be sent so I could ensure a baby gate would fit at the top of the stairs, and they responded quickly and politely obliged my request. Also I asked if we could check in a couple hours early and again they allowed it. I love this house and plan to book again.

Great Family Getaway!
Excellent home for a memorable family fun experience! Plenty of space to gather together to eat or visit and also 3 separated living room areas for smaller group activities. The kids loved the pool table, fooseball, darts, watching the game, and the sprawling dock! 6 bedrooms! Our 5 teen girls claimed the 3 queen beds room. A pirate room for the boys - how fun! Some favorite experiences: an evening on the dock under the soft lights watching Lion King on the TV and eating popcorn, breakfast on the deck by the kitchen, and grandma napping outside on the outdoor sofa under the roof. This was an excellent home and we definitely hope to return!
