"We don’t have one bad thing to say about this property. It was perfect for what we needed during our excursion. It’s the cutest little apartment! We stayed for only one night but will definitely come back for further adventures in the area. The place was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. "We had a fabulous stay at this unique property! I was very impressed from the moment we walked in. Charles has really thought about every amenity that one may need when traveling. My 6 year old adored the piano and the Macrame swinging hammock chair! I loved having Alexa right there too! Yummy local coffee and other treats were provided with many breakfast options. Unfortunately, the building is in a state of disrepair, there appeared to be an active leak in the ceiling and I could only bring myself to stay one night, despite having booked a week-long stay. I had to scramble for another place. (very stressful with kids) because I woke up after the first night with bits of the ceiling material stuck to my forearm. "This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. "It's not a bed and breakfast home. It's an old building under repairs. The mattress was confortable. The room is really small. The bathroom is too small. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return."
