We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. "We were welcomed and checked in warmly by reception. We had also pre-registered online by the welcome email from Hotel Baren. Their staff went the extra mile to provide extra latex pillow and fixed the safe locking error when requested. We booked the Comfort room which faces the back of the surrounding buildings but we figured the view is likely to be due to the different sizes of the room. "Great stay, excellent location next to train station but facing away from crowded area. Directly next to tons of transportation - which is free for tourists! Breakfast was nice in gorgeous panoramic dining room. To clear up the piece about the dual front desks - the hotels are CONNECTED -its a 10 second walk to the other hotel. I didn't have the need to do so. Very happy with stay, will be back for sure. "
