"We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Podere. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous and the setting is hard to beat. The staff are absolutely incredible, especially Selene and Mario. Selene went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend eating dinner at the restaurant, as the food is incredible. We cannot wait to come back here again. "

"A lovely place but more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They don't offer dinner and from what I could tell you can't order drinks, snacks etc Check in was easy albeit a little brief. This place was just what we needed, but our host was right there if we needed anything. Don't sleep on Orvieto either - the churches are beautiful, there's the amazing underground tours, and some of the best (while still being the cheapest?) food we had during our two week stop. "
