"Beautiful property in Ortigia within a pedestrian zone. Rooms are large, with excellent bathroom products. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Staff are very accommodating. Just be aware if you are driving, even with the directions provided by the hotel, it can be confusing to locate it. The hotel will valet your car and then all is fine."

"Excellent little hotel overlooking the water, on the ‘island’ of Ortigia in Syracuse. Very attractive and vibrant area with bars and restaurants etc a short walk. Ortigia does have a ZTL, but the hotel handled the registration (hopefully!), and parking as in most towns and cities is difficult, but we found a free spot by the road outside the hotel. Room was clean and modern and the breakfast with a good variety of savoury and sweet items was very good. A very enjoyable stay in Ortigia and the hotel."
