Our comfortable apartment has been completely renovated in the "Moutain Lodge Style".
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a residential building in the heart of Ortisei with access through the pedestrian zone.
The spacious and bright apartment for 4 people (approx. 90 m²) consists of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, two separate bathrooms with toilet and shower, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a living room with couch and corner bench, two 42 ' 'LED color TV with satellite reception, free WIFI, a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the Dolomites and the village square "Raetia".
Your vehicle (car) can be parked in one of the nearby garages for a fee of approx. 12 Euro per day. Due to the central location, you can easily reach all nearby grocery stores, bars and restaurants as well as other shopping opportunities, as well as the nearby lift facilities (Seceda or Alpe di Siusi) or the central ski bus stop.

Zentrale Lage
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in der zweiten Häuserreihe in der Fußgängerzone. Restaurants und Supermark sind in der Nähe. Die Skilifte sind auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Leider ist der beschriebene Parkplatz im Hotel Enzian nicht garantiert. In der Hochsaison hat das Hotel keine Plätze mehr gehabt. Deshalb mussten wir uns selbst einen teureren Parkplatz in einem entlegenen Parkhaus suchen. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Diele Kleiderhaken wären. Dann könnte man feuchte Jacken aufhängen. Im "Skikeller" gibt es leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, um sich die Skischuhe anzuziehen. Im oberen Stockwerken waren die Nachbarn laut. Es gab morgens und abens laute Geräusche vom Trampeln und Stühlerücken. Die Wohnung ist zwar schön aber es wäre etwas angenehmer, wenn ein paar Bilder an den Wänden wären, dann würde es nicht so steril aussehen. Es gibt genügend Stauraum in den Schränken, um alle Sachen unterzubringen. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas unglücklich hinter einer Tür eingebaut. Somti muss man aufpassen, dass niemand in die Küche kommt, wenn der Kühlschrenk offen ist. Die Coutch im Wohnzimmer ist für 4 Personen nicht bequem. Der Esstisch ist ausreichend groß.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mitten in St. Ulrich
Diese Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum! Modern und chic eingerichtet, trotzdem durch die Verwendung von Holz sehr gemütlich. Sehr viel Stauraum! Gute Küche mit Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Zum Ausladen kann man mit Hilfe des Vermieters direkt bis vor die Haustür fahren, danach fanden wir einen Platz für 1 Woche in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt, hat man nur 2 Minuten Gehweg zum Spar und zum Bäcker. Auch zum hübschen Schwimmbad läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Man erhält einen gratis Buspass, so dass man auch in die anderen Ortedes Tals per Bus fahren kann, um dort schöne Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Alles war einfach super- perfekt! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von St. Ulrich
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist top, wir haben unser Auto 2 Wochen nicht gebraucht, Ausflüge, Supermarkt, Restaurants, guter Bäcker … alles zu Fuß zu erreichen bzw. mit dem kostenlosen Nahverkehrsticket

Schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und für 2 Paare sehr gut geeignet. Sie liegt inmitten der Fußgängerzone von St. Ulrich. Zum Entladen kann man bis vor das Haus fahren, muss allerdings dann einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage in einem nahegelegenen Hotel für 9,00€/Tag anmieten, wenn man keinen öffentlichen Parkplatz nutzen möchte. Über die Gästekarte kommt man per Bus kostenlos in alle naheliegenden Orte. Einziges Manko an der Wohnung ist die etwas spärliche Geschirr- und Besteckausstattung, die für 4 Personen gerade mal einen Tag reicht. Ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung, auch wegen der Toplage.

Super lokatie en comfortabel
Mooi en ruim appartement, gelegen op een fijne lokatie! Alles binnen loopafstand ( skihuur, boodschappen en gezelligheid). De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel prettig. Appartement is recent helemaal opgeknapt en van alle comfort voorzien. Absoluut aan aanrader.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the town. Beautifully appointed and great for two couples. Good parking at a local hotel and good access to the ski lifts. Will hopefully be back again if we are lucky enough.

Convenient and close to all facilities
Easy check in Very convenient in the centre of the small and nicest town in the ski area. Lifts rather close and the huge variety of other interesting ski areas is easy to access. Nice apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet!Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail!Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel! Für 4 Erwachsene wären mehr als 4 Weingläser und mehr als 6 Tassen toll! Leider hatten wir im Internet gelesen,dass es einen Westbalkon gibt und waren dann etwas enttäuscht über einen Ostbalkon .Um den zu nutzen war es noch zu kalt!Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war Dank WhatsApp sehr unkompliziert!Parken des Autos im Hotel Genziana war auch super. Insgesamt hatten wir trotz Regens eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Everything couldn't be easier....a few minutes to both ski lifts, ski hire, groceries...etc and right in the town centre. Alpe di siusi skiing very good for beginners, but access to selva/sella Ronda also via lovely seceda sector (with amazing sunsetting home run) or frequent bus. Helpful owner on hand for any questions and modern cosy apartment has all you need for a short break. Check out restaurant tubladel for excellent local food and lovely service

Elegante, großzügige Wohnung
Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung ist sehr elegant und stilistisch durchgängig gestaltet. Das findet man in dieser Form selten - sehr schön! Die zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone von St. Ulrich ist auch sehr praktisch. Sehr guter Sauberkeitsstandard. Warum nur 4 und nicht 5 Sterne? - Geschirr ist zu knapp für 4 Personen - Ehemals hochwertige, antihaftbeschichtete Bratpfanne ist verbogen und transportiert die Hitze daher nicht mehr ausreichend - bei der Ankunft mussten wir trotz vereinbarter Zeit/Treffpunkt recht lange warten, bis die Kontaktperson kam - Val Gardena Bus-Fahrkarte musste erst angefordert werden / wir haben daher am Anfang selber gezahlt bzw. im Hinblick auf die Kurtaxe doppelt gezahlt
