Our comfortable alpine style attic-apartments are furnished in wood.
The apartment for 2 persons (ca. 48 sqm.) is made of: one bedroom, living room with bed couch for 2 persons, kitchen corner with dishwasher, bath, shower, WC, color SAT-TV, Free WIFI and a sunny, southward directed balcony with a wonderful and unique view on Ortisei and the Dolomites.
You get to the apartment directly from the garage by elevator or by walking through the garden.

But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The bus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts (Seceda and Alpe di Siusi) is about 100 meters from our house.

It's our desire to offer you relaxing holidays in a familiar atmosphere.

The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat.

In case of early departure or late arrival the entire price of the apartment will be charged.

Erholsamer zu Empfehlender Aufenthalt

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick! Alles was man braucht war in perfektem Zustand vorhanden. Sehr sauber, ruhiges und gepflegtes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist recht steil und war für “kurz in den Ort laufen und wieder zurück “ für uns nicht ideal. Bus Haltestelle ist ganz nah man braucht kein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Hébergement très cosy. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Calme et proche du centre Hôtes très accueillants et serviables. Place de parking en sous sol et avec ascenseur, très pratique. Je recommande ! ur tresascenseur. Très pratique.

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Lage

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vom Vermieter wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Ein Traumhaftes Wandergebiet was wir sehr empfehlen können. Tiefgarage mit Aufzug zur Wohnung sind wunderbar.

TipTop Apartment in schöner Lage

Das Apartment ist in einem TipTop Zustand u. liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage von St. Ulrich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich u. zuvorkommend, immer sehr bemüht, dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten! Sehr gerne werden wir wiederkommen!!!

Die Unterkunft war top, die Tourenmöglichkeiten sehr gut, allerdings ist das Grödner Tal touristisch zu sehr erschlossen, dementsprechend teuer, das benachbarte Vilnößtal gefiel uns weit besser

A wonderful stay in a beautiful town and a very gracious hostess!

We were fortunate enough to spend eight days in the Ortesei area and luckily picked the most delightful "Home Away" possible. Alma was a wonderful hostess and present if you needed her for information about the area and things to do. We chose to take a few day trips to soak up the beauty of the Alps and to take part in the apple harvest events and festivals. Other days were filled with easy and moderate hikes in and around Ortesei, St. Christina, Selva and Castelrotto. We also just "hung" in our abode or downtown where there were plenty of things to keep one occupied. A fabulous stay and one we would recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang, etwa 15 Fußminuten vom Ortskern St. Ulrich entfernt, im Dachgeschoß und bietet einen sehr schönen Panoramablick auf St. Ulrich und das Grödnertal. Der eigene PKW findet Platz in einer Tiefgarage, von der aus man mit dem Fahrstuhl in die eigene Wohnung kommt. Die Wohnung selber ist schön eingerichtet und angemessen ausgestattet. Für eine vollständige Selbstverpflegung fehlen allerdings Backofen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster und Heißwasserkocher.
