"The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the internet was good. The room itself was charming, but it lacked air conditioning because it was the winter, so it was warm at times. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the Convent of Christ. Despite the central location, noise was not an issue at all. The hotel offered a standard buffet breakfast, and as a boutique hotel, it had a unique charm. The rooftop patio was particularly lovely. ...

"Other than extremely difficult and confusing arrangement of passage ways inside the hotel, our stay was very good. Fantastic bed, shower room, and view from our balcony. Excellent breakfast, easy registration and checkout added to our satisfaction. But that maze of hallways pulls our review down a notch."

The breakfast was beautifully presented, delicious, and plentiful. Patricia, our main concierge, was beyond helpful and charming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and stay there again."
