"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"We stayed only 2 nights in this very clean, with love decorated house. Really friendly owner, complete house, very comfortable. The guests from another appartment at the property share the entrance, you are therefore outside not totally privat, but inside the house you are . We would highly recommend this beautiful place!"

"What a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Easily accessible from main routes but nonetheless utterly tranquil. Dark skies at night, wonderful fresh bright mornings and lazy afternoons by the pool. Nick and Jenny are delightful hosts and we won’t hesitate to return. "

"This is a lovely property surrounded by pleasant gardens and countryside. There is a great swimming pool which has an easy to use cover keeping the water temperature very comfortable. The houe is well equipped and there are plenty of outdoor chairs and loungers. It took us around 7 mins to drive to Anduze, a lovely little town with plenty of bars, shops and a supermarket. Guy, the owner is a very nice man with good English. We would love to return to this house."

"We had an amazing time at Nick and Jenny's wonderful cottage. The property was beautiful and set in the most peaceful countryside. So much wildlife and nature to enjoy and the lovely town of Sauve a short walk away as well as lots of walking trails. It was perfect to have an enclosed garden for our toddler as well as the pool area which was beautiful as well as safe. The cottage was rustic but had everything we needed, including hammock and bbq. "We had a fantastic week in Michelle and Gerard's guest home. The house is spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for. Our daughter's aged 12 and 15 loved the pool. You're a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the nearest town. This was lovely to walk to for our morning coffee and baguette. Uze is a 10 minute drive away, which is also beautiful to explore. The cottage is a beautiful, peaceful place with lots of room for the family. The pool area is separate and private. Our table tennis competition was fierce. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning unit was incredible and much needed - and kept everyone cool during the heat. The outdoor kitchen is fabulous as is the balcony with beautiful views.
