"What I like Lugga Boutique Hotel is its location, the large duplex hotel room and its services. Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. Their owner will check every morning to ensure the hotel services are up to standard and also they support females working there! Amazing! "

"The employee at the reception named ayhan I believe was a very rude, unprofessional person. Check-in was a terrible experience, but every other employees work there was super friendly. Also food is terrible, if they want to save cost, they shouldn't try to add variety, serving old wafers will not add any value to property. Special thanks to housekeeping tho.
